Larry Feingersh is a native Houstonian with decades of experience in Texas real estate and a hard money lender since 2010. Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, young Larry delivered newspapers until he landed his first real job: as a garbage collector for the city of Bellaire. Since then, Larry has had his hand in many industries, but none so much as real estate. He began buying, selling, and managing properties in 1985, and in one calendar year alone he flipped over 30 homes. Having mastered the principles of investing in both residential and commercial real estate, he began to do the next logical thing. He started Larry The Lender: a hard money lending business to help other investors do the same. Larry’s extensive knowledge of the real estate market, along with his ethics, efficiency, and stand-out professionalism, have given him a reputation as the hard money lender to work with on projects in Texas.
When he is not busy making loans, Larry is a pilot and loves to fly though the beautiful Texas skies. Larry also donates his time to Angel flights, helping patients in need of transportation to the Houston Medical Center. He frequently flies to his hangar home in Spicewood, Texas, where he enjoys all things river related, from surfing to barefooting. Larry has a son and a daughter. He also adores his dachshund, Sophie, who is his plus-one everywhere he goes (including the office!)

Mike Brier is ready to help you
Mike Brier is a native Houstonian with decades of experience as a real estate broker, since 1971, and a mortgage lender, since 1979. He joined forces with Larry in November 2010 and started this business. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance in 1969, Mike became a Texas Realtor. He went on to earn his Texas Real Estate Brokers license in 1982, which he still holds today. Michael is married to Sharon Brier and has one son, Samson, and a grandson. When he is not in the office making deals, Mike spends his time playing golf, doing magic tricks, and making art.
Mike Main
Mike Main is a native of Bakersfield, California. After five years of service in the United States Army (where he was stationed in both Korea and Texas) he moved to Houston. He began working in the traditional mortgage industry in 1997, and made the switch to working in hard money for Larry the Lender in 2016. Mike earned his degree in Finance from the Marilyn Davies School of Business at the University of Houston Downtown, and in his free time he enjoys tinkering in his garden, reading, cooking and hosting dinners with his lovely wife, Ada.
Katie Feingersh
Katie Feingersh is Larry’s daughter and the newest member of the Larry The Lender team. Born and raised in Houston, Katie attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, and stayed in our capital city for the next 15 years. After moving abroad to teach and traveling through Asia, Katie returned to Houston to help out with and learn the family business, as well as provide some much needed assistance with various millennial-related tasks such as social media (and writing bios for our website). In her free time, Katie loves to draw, crochet, and tend to her various houseplants.
